Earlier today Roma released the following statement regarding two COVID cases within the first team squad:
The club can confirm that, following the latest round of molecular testing involving the first team squad after the recent winter break, two players have returned positive tests for COVID-19.
The relevant health authorities have immediately been informed.
The players, who have been vaccinated, are both doing fine and have begun isolating at home.
