Evan Ndicka’s collapse on the pitch during the second half of Udinese-Roma was a shock to the world of football.

The conditions of the Ivorian defender are yet to be determined, but the player is conscious and currently undergoing EKGs at the hospital in Udine.

According to the latest reports Ndicka is being visited by De Rossi and his teammates.

In the meantime, the officials for the match have decided to suspend the game until further date.

The game was stopped by the referee when the time on the graphic clock was 71:00, with the ball in Udinese’s penalty area in possession of Okoye: the match, therefore, will restart from that moment with a throw-in game by the match director on the date that will soon follow in an expected announcement from Serie A.
