Udinese star midfielder Lazar Samardzic revealed one of his biggest idols in football.
The talented player – who was linked with the likes of Inter, Napoli and Barcelona last summer – was interviewed by Cronache di Spogliatoio about his ambitions and other footballers he draws the most inspiration from.
“I want to get stronger and stronger. When I seek inspiration I look at quality players like Dybala. Did you see the way he controlled the ball in the Europa League?! The ball was glued to his feet,” said Samardzic.
“The difference between him and another player, like me, is this: out of ten similar ball deliveries, he’ll control 9 of them, whereas I will only control 5.”
“He has everything and does everything in a natural way. I met him, he wished me good luck. But that day I took home Paredes’ shirt,” revealed the midfielder.
