With Roma’s Serie A schedule set to resume next week, UEFA has announced today that their competitions will resume in August.
Europe’s governing body revealed that the Giallorossi’s clash against Sevilla will now be played over a single leg as opposed to two on either the 5th or 6th of August. The venue, though, has yet to be announced.
All subsequent matches in the competition will be played as a final eight tournament, with quarter-finals on 10th or 11th August, semi-finals on the 16th or 17th of August and the final in Cologne, Germany on 21st August, all kicking-off at 21:00 CET.
Furthermore, clubs will be able to add an additional three names to their UEFA roster for a maximum of 25 players per team and will be allowed five substitutions per match.
