Roma are being linked with Union Berlin defender Danilo Doekhi.
Doekhi is a powerful 24-year-old centreback whose features and physical structure seem to make him a good fit for Jose Mourinho’s defense.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, intermediaries have offered Doekhi to the Giallorossi in recent days as a last minute transfer before the deadline.
The Italian newspaper claims that despite impressive numbers recorded so far this season – 3 goals and 1 assist in 8 appearances in Bundesliga – Doekhi is currently valued €5 million.
