Union Saint-Gilloise striker Franjo Ivanovic attended today’s pre-match press conference to discuss Thursday night’s Europa League fixture with Roma.
“It’s a big game, we have nothing to lose. We have to play freely,” said Ivanovic on Wednesday afternoon.
“Roma are the biggest opponent we’ll face, we haven’t played many games this important.”
“Roma’s problems? A team this big doesn’t depend on its position in the standings. They can always play a great game.”
“We will exploit the fact that they are not in the best shape. We will see tomorrow who will be the best team on the pitch.”
