Valencia are reportedly satisfied of Justin Kluivert and are planning on hold discussions with Roma regarding the possibility of making his transfer permanent.
The Dutch winger – who joined Valencia as a last minute option on deadline day earlier in the summer after his switch to Fulham collapsed due to issues related to the player’s work permit – has impressed the Spanish club’s management and is well liked by boss Gennaro Gattuso.
According to Il Tempo, Valencia want to extend the player’s stay, but Roma’s asking price of €10 million is not within Valencia’s budget for January.
Thus, the two clubs are expected to negotiate over a potential switch in the summer as Kluivert’s contract expires in 2024.
