Valencia attacker Gonçalo Guedes may be on the move this summer with Roma currently one of the clubs most interested in acquiring him.
The 25 year-old’s contract with the Spanish side expires in 2024 but even the club’s official radio channel, Radio VFC, admits the Giallorossi and Wolverhampton are keen on the attacker.
This past weekend, one of the channel’s commentators revealed Roma already forwarded an offer of €30 million for Guedes—a figure Valencia deemed too low.
However, they added the capital club are ready to insert midfield duo Amadou Diawara and Gonzalo Villar into the deal to hopefully convince Valencia. Though, there’s doubts regarding the Spaniards’ interest in the pair.
Highly influential super-agent Jorge Mendes represents Guedes and will certainly have a large role in determining the attacker’s club future.
