Jordan Veretout, one of Mourinho’s key players so far in the opening to this campaign, released a brief interview to sports outlet Telefoot where he shared his thoughts on the approaching derby match vs Lazio on Sunday.
On what the derby means to him:
“It’s a really nice match. So here we are. We’re ready. We will give everything.”
He added:
“We will try to win this derby also for the coach.”
On featuring for the French national team for the very first time:
“It was a really powerful feeling. Being part of it is nice, but staying there is more difficult. When you are a part of it once, you want to come back as much as possible.”
