Hellas Verona manager Igor Tudor will be without his captain on Saturday evening when his team faces the Giallorossi in the Italian capital.

For the second matchday in a row, midfielder Miguel Veloso won’t be available for the Gialloblu due to injury. According to hellas1903.it, the 35 year-old underwent follow-up scans today due to a lingering calf issues that he suffered two weeks ago.

Tests reportedly showed the midfielder suffered a first degree calf strain and will be on the sidelines for an additional month. He already missed this past weekend’s fixture against Udinese as Verona hoped the injury was minor.

However, Veloso showed no signs of improvement since Sunday, causing the club’s medical staff to order additional scans. He’s expected to be replaced by Adrien Tamèze in midfield for Verona.
