Former Roma sporting director Walter Sabatini spoke about Roma’s upcoming season.
In an interview with Tag24, Sabatini reflected on the Friedkins, Dybala and more.
“I really like Dan Friedkin’s silence. Silence is good in a dangerous world of football where everyone talks about everything all the time. Those who manage to maintain detachment and silence are then able to deal with problems better,” said Sabatini.
“Dybala? Dybala deserves the 10 jersey because he is the best player in the team right now, but I wouldn’t put Francesco’s 10 on anyone. What he has done for football and for Roma is irreplicable, even for a champion like Dybala. In Rome, the 10 represents Totti.”
