West Ham deny Roma’s inquiry for Nayef Aguerd

Roma have reportedly made contact with West Ham United for the loan of defender Nayef Aguerd.

The capital club are famously looking for additional defensive reinforcements ahead of the remainder of the season.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Roma are now scouting options in the Premier League: the Giallorossi are said to have come knocking on West Ham’s door after initial links with Tilo Kehrer who is now destined to join AS Monaco.

Roma asked for information for Nayef Aguerd – 27-year-old Moroccan centre-back.

However, West Ham denied this inquiry seeing as Roma can only sign players on loan in this window. The Hammers, on the other hand, want to sell Aguerd and will not take into consideration any loan proposals for him.
