Roma are at work to secure the loan transfer of Gianluca Scamacca from West Ham United.

The Giallorossi have identified Scamacca as the ideal candidate to replace injured Tammy Abraham.

The ex-Sassuolo man seeks a move away from West Ham after a turbulent first year in England.

According to calciomercato.com, talks between the two clubs are progressing at a rapid pace. The Premier League side want to include an obligation in the final loan deal, whereas Roma would prefer an option or a dry loan.
