Roma are hoping to have Georginio Wijnaldum at full disposal in late January.
The Dutch midfielder was recently called up for the team’s trip to Portugal where took part in his first group training session in over three months.
According to Corriere dello Sport, Wijnaldum is expected to be back at 100% within the next month for the Giallorossi’s encounter with Spezia on 22 January or Empoli on 2 February.
For the time being, the ex-Liverpool man will continue to train partly with the rest of the team in order to get more comfortable on the ball and in contact situations.
