Good news for Jose Mourinho who is soon expected to be able to rely on one of the capital club’s top summer signings in Georginio Wijnaldum.
The Dutchman continues to recover from a fracture he suffered in training on 22 August which sidelined him for nearly five months.
The ex-Liverpool man is expected to return from his fractured tibia injury sometime within the next 3-4 weeks.
Tomorrow, La Repubblica informs, Wijnaldum will be on Roma’s charter flight to Algarve where he will join his teammates for the first time in over three months.
In Portugal, Wijnaldum will complete his individual rehabilitation and slowly be reintegrated in group training activities with the concrete possibility to return at the start of January.
