Zalewski & Kumbulla will stay at Roma, the club will look for an alternative to Karsdorp

Nicola Zalewski’s emergence on the left flank in Leonardo Spinazzola’s absence may be the biggest surprise of the season for Roma.

The Polish winger, reports La Gazzetta dello Sport, will not go out on loan but will continue to share playing time with Spinazzola.

José Mourinho wants to continue working with Zalewski, likes his work-rate and considers him a player with huge potential.

Marash Kumbulla will share the same fate and will continue to be a valuable rotation piece next season.

Meanwhile, Roma will look for a valid alternative to Rick Karsdorp in order to guarantee the Dutch fullback enough rest across multiple competitions.
