Nicola Zalewski asks Roma to be reinstated in the squad.
According to today’s edition of Il Messaggero, the Polish winger is ready to take legal action if Roma fail to reinstate him by tomorrow.
The newspaper reports how the Zalewski’s lawyers have presented a request for reinstatement to the capital club, highlighting the “clearly punitive” provision against him for not having renewed his contract which expires in June 2025.
Roma will have to reinstate him in the first team by tomorrow, otherwise Zalewski’s legal team will be able to file a dispute with the club requesting “forced reinstatement” on the basis of a possible violation of worker’s rights.
The Friedkins will deal with this issue, having returned to Trigoria on Monday and spoken to members of the club’s top management about Zalewski’s situation.
