Zaniolo asking for €3m (including bonuses) in renewal talks

La Gazzetta dello Sport journalist Nicolo Schira has reported that next week there will be a meeting between Roma and the entourage of Nicolo Zaniolo, led by his agent Claudio Vigorelli, to discuss a contract renewal for the midfielder. Reportedly, the Giallorossi have, to date, offered Zaniolo a contract that would expire in 2024 and would be worth €2 million plus bonuses. Zaniolo, however, is requesting a contract worth €2.5 million plus €500,000 in bonuses to reach €3 million per season, which would make him the fourth highest earner in the team behind Dzeko, Pastore and Nzonzi.
