Roma attacker Nicolo Zaniolo spoke about his individual struggles in front of goal minutes away from kick-off to tonight’s league fixture with Hellas Verona at the Stadio Bentegodi.
“I really want to score,” he told DAZN before the game. “I’ve been a bit unlucky, sometimes I made a mistake and in other situations the goal-keeper did really well to stop me,” he added.
“But, today we feel good. We’re ready. We come prepared,” said Zaniolo of his team’s morale after the victory in Helsinki.
“We know it’s going to be a difficult match. We want to go back to winning after the defeat against Napoli, for our goal today it is essential to get the 3 points.”
