Nicolo Zaniolo took to his official Instagram page to clarify his comments following yesterday’s draw against Fiorentina. These are his words:
“Last night, a few minutes before the final whistle, I expressed myself in a way that was misinterpreted. It’s important for me to clarify my thoughts. I’m a Roma player, a professional, and I express myself on the pitch. I’ve always thought about playing with the maximum effort to help the team and club achieve their objectives for the season. Then there are other professionals, such as my agent and the club’s directors, who deal with contracts and who will be able to handle the situation as best as possible”.
