Zaniolo tests negative for COVID

Roma can breath a sigh of relief today after it was revealed today that starlet Nicolo Zaniolo has tested negative for COVID-19.

The attacker returned to the Italian capital today following his holiday in Sardegna, a popular holiday location where several have already tested positive for the virus.

Zaniolo’s mother, Francesca Costa, announced on her Instagram page that her son, along with her entire family, tested negative after many feared the Roma starlet may have contracted the virus while on the island.

Zaniolo will undergo another COVID-19 test on 27 August, one day before the Giallorossi begin their preparation for next season.
