Nicolo Zaniolo is gettin ready to reach a personal milestone in his career in tonight’s Conference League fixture against Vitesse.
The 22-year-old will most likely feature in tonight’s starting eleven and thus reach his 100th appearance for the Giallorossi, writes Il Romanista.
His first ever appearance for the club came on September 19th 2018 in a Champions League defeat to Real Madrid at the Santiago Bernabeu stadium.
Since then, the youngster has scored 18 goals and collected 13 assists in 99 appearances despite being sidelined for almost two years with injuries.
His current contract is set to expire in 2024, but Roma plan on resuming talks with the player’s entourage to reach an agreement and extend Zaniolo’s stay in the capital until 2027.
