Jose Mourinho seems intent on confirming once again the same starting eleven featured in the Derby della Capitale and against Sampdoria in Roma’s upcoming Conference League fixture vs Bodø/Glimt.
Italian newspaper Corriere dello Sport reports that the Special One will field the same eleven in a 3-4-2-1 formation in Norway.
Meanwhile, Zaniolo is still nursing an injury to his flexor muscle which he picked up on international duty with Italy.
The 22-year-old will likely miss out on the midweek fixture and prepare for Roma’s league game against Salernitana.
In fact, Zaniolo is then expected to return to the starting line-up and replace captain Lorenzo Pellegrini who will be out serving a one-match ban due to accumulation of yellow cards.
