Nicolo Zaniolo’s growing frustration with his unresolved contractual situation with the Giallorossi has prompted his entourage to push for an unexpected exit in January from the Italian capital.
According to calciomercato.com, the player was extremely upset with the way the Olimpico crowd whistled and booed him as he walked off the pitch in the second half of Roma-Genoa in Coppa Italia.
As a result, his entourage have asked Roma permission to look for a new club, preferably abroad, advising the player to consider leaving in this January window.
Roma have granted the permission and are now waiting for concrete proposals to come their way.
The club want around €35-40 million for Zaniolo.
