Davide Zappacosta took to his official Instagram account following the operation to repair his torn ACL, which he suffered in training earlier today.
“This time, the blow was tough, unexpected,” he said. “However, it won’t won’t be nearly as tough as all the sacrifices I had to make to get here. I thank Prof. Mariani and all those who have stayed close to me, you’re my strength. I’m ready to work hard and come back stronger than before”.
