Turkish fullback Zeki Celik is reportedly set to return to Roma’s starting formation in tonight’s showdown with AC Milan at San Siro.
As in previous years, Celik seems to be destined to become Mourinho’s first choice of the night to guard the ever-dangerous Milan attacker – Rafael Leao.
According to Corriere dello Sport, the Turkish footballer will be assigned defensive duties on his former Lille teammate.
In yesterday’s training session, Celik is said to have been included in Roma’s line-up which will be utilized later tonight in a packed San Siro.
Roma fans hope that the move will also be useful this evening, in a real emergency situation: there are as many as eight unavailable players, between injuries and various cup competitions.
