Roma have made concrete steps forward in order to complete the signing of Turkish fullback Zeki Çelik, reports Gianluca Di Marzio of Sky Sport.
Earlier today, the capital club advanced a new bid for Çelik whose contract with Lille is set to expire in 2023.
According to Di Marzio, Roma have proposed €7 million plus bonuses with a percentage of any future resale value.
Lille are asking for €8 million, but the Giallorossi are confident that the move will be completed within the next few days.
Thus, the Turkish international would become Roma’s third summer signing after Nemanja Matić and Mile Svilar.
