Daniele De Rossi has held initial discussions with the club aimed at assessing Roma’s transfer strategy for the summer.
The Italian technician recently met with the Friedkins and presented him with his requests ahead of next season.
According to Italian journalist Eleonora Trotta, with Roma closing in on their next sporting director in Florent Ghisolfi from Nice, De Rossi has made it clear that he will want the club to secure 5-6 reinforcements this summer.
Trotta claims De Rossi has asked for a dynamic midfielder, two full-backs, two wingers and a striker.
Discussions will evolve with the new sporting director’s appointment which is expected to be unveiled shortly.
